Lori Ford Bonn

Where to begin? After high school I attended CMU. I graduated in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I was married in 1994.....and in April of 1996 my Bailey James was born. In 1999, that marriage ended....and I began a new chapter in my life. Bailey and I became the dynamic duo....if I had only known then that the best of my life was ahead!! Nearly 4 years ago, I met the true love of my life...... my wonderful husband, Dale. Not only was I blessed to have him enter my life, but I also gained two beautiful daughters, Tori and Hayley. In April 2008, we were blessed again with the birth of Emmalee Hope. She is the baby we had longed for....and a true gift! So, right now our lives include everything from Driver's Ed to teething.....new facial hair (Bailey's...not mine!) to diapers! In my spare time....I've spent the last 10 years in prison....well, working, that is. It is an interesting career choice to say the least.....but one that seems to fit for now. Recently, I've discovered Facebook and have enjoyed reconnecting with so many friends!!!

Where did 20 years go? It seems like just yesterday we were all there...... I can still see us sitting in the hall...copying each other's vocab books. Our purple people eater......and again, thank you to the Tuscola County Road Commission! I have fond memories of cheering, band trips, and NEVER leaving our closed campus to go out for lunch!!! My Shop-Rite friends....never knew bagging groceries could turn out to be such a fun way to spend my summers! Friday nights at Capri.....dances......Bush Gardens! I relive so much of it through my kids....the drama, oh the drama! To think we thought it was the most important time of our lives! Little did we know what was ahead!!!!

I've often said I wish I could go back, for just one day...but as the person I am today! (Ok...so I'd like to weigh what I did back then...) I wouldn't be in such a hurry to grow up....and get out! I'd like one day to stop, look around and enjoy it all. One more minute with the friends we've lost...one more chance to get to know those people I didn't take the time to get to know. And wow would I have lightened up.....been willing to make mistakes....taken a few chances....
